Man found dead on kitchen floor
POLICE have found a man dead on the floor in his flat in Armidale after neighbours complained of a foul odour coming from the unit.
Officers responding to the complaint found 48-year-olf Adolfo Marquez dead on his kitchen floor about 10am yesterday (Sunday).
A crime scene was secured and examined by specialist forensics officers.
Mr Marquez had not sustained any visible injury and there was no sign of forced entry to the flat, police say.
Armidale detectives are seeking public assistance as they continue their inquiries into the circumstances surrounding Mr Marquez’s death.
Neighbours have told investigators they had not seen or heard from Mr Marquez in the three days before his body was found. |
