Rock fisherman’s body found
THE body of a rock fisherman has been found on the Central Coast.
The man’s family raised the alarm when he failed to return home yesterday (Tuesday), says Surf Life Saving New South Wales.
Lifeguards discovered his body at Wybung Rocks this morning (Wednesday).
They say the man wasn’t wearing a life jacket.
The man’s body was found near where three teenagers drowned while rock fishing at Ghosties Beach last month.
The latest death brings the state’s rock fishing-related drowning toll to nine people so far this year.
