Students assault teacher – police
A TEACHER has been assaulted as he tried to break up fights between students at a school in Dubbo.
A student pinned the 33-year-old man’s arms behind him while another student assaulted him, police have been told.
The incident happened about 1:25pm yesterday (Thursday) at the school on East St, Dubbo West.
The teacher did not receive medical treatment for his injuries, police say.
