Cowra's muti-talented Rock Chicks after an eisteddfod performance.
Multi-talented misses need your vote –
give the Rock Chicks a
hand
THE St
Raphael’s Central
School’s Year 9-10
elective dance class – the girls morphed into wild Rock Chicks in just two
lunch hours – are a multi-talented bunch of kids who need your help.
Not only did
the girls put together a “rockin’” routine in one lesson and film it during a
second lunchtime, but they have performed successfully in eisteddfods as well.
They have entered their “rockin’ video” into the Disney Channel Camp Rock,
“Rock Out” competition. Entries were received from all over Australia.
The Cowra
girls’ efforts have landed them in the U Rock Top Ten. Now they need
your vote because the ultimate winner is in the hands of the general public.
The video can be viewed by clicking [HERE]
and will also appear on TV’s Disney Channel.
Upon accessing the Camp
Rock site from the link
above follow the instructions on the graphic below. The group is known as the Rock
Chicks from New South Wales.
You can then cast your vote by clicking on the VOTE icon. This can be
repeated by logging in and out of the website. The winner will be announced on
The Disney Channel on Friday, February 13, at 5.30pm.
The girls need your help in trying to win the competition. It would be
tremendous if you could find the time to support the girls and give them a
voting boost, extending the group’s enthusiasm as far and wide as possible .
Please try and persuade any family and friends to log on that would be great
too!Every vote will help.
The Rock Chicks comprise Tanya Brown, Tiffany Stokes, Gabby Bischof,
Emily Duncan, Adelaide Ford, Chloe Kitchingman, Sophia Parris, Bree Jeffries
and Kadi Herden.
